Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $150 (before tax) and flat rate shipping of $20 for anything under $150. We also offer flat rate shipping of $25 CAD to the US and free shipping on purchases $150 and over (before tax).
Please note: any customs or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you live outside Canada and the US, please feel free to email us and we can investigate alternate arrangements: info@tailgatemercantile.ca
Where do you ship from?
With the exception of our "Online Exclusives" collection, everything ships directly from our brick and mortar shop located in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada!
Can I order online and pick-up?
You betcha! Just choose the "pick up in store" option at checkout and we'll hang on to your order until it's convenient for you to swing by. Picking up in-store is a free service!
If we're open when you place a pick-up order, we'll have it ready to go within an hour. If we're closed when you order, we'll have it ready to go the next time we open. We'll send you an email confirming when it's ready!
Our shop is located in beautiful downtown Okotoks, Alberta: #2 - 21 Elizabeth Street
Do you deliver?
Yes, we just introduced delivery for the holiday shopping season! Delivery is $2 with a minimum $25 purchase. We will only deliver to Okotoks and High River in town limits. Sorry but we can't do rural deliveries for safety reasons.
Deliveries will be made each Sunday in December 2024 after we close up at 4:00pm. Orders will be left at the primary entrance if no one is home—buyers assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. By purchasing delivery at checkout, the buyer agrees to these conditions.
Holy schnikes, why is shipping so much?
Unfortunately, it legit costs that much to ship stuff! Since we are a small business, it’s not financially feasible to cover all shipping costs. If we covered all shipping costs, we would have to increase the cost of our goods and we really don’t want to do that. And with the Canada Post strike, finding suitable alternatives hasn't been easy.
But I only want to buy stickers…I’m not paying $20 for shipping.
With the Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to send anything through letter mail and must use a courier service which is quite costly.
